Challenge:

Parking Company of America had two airport parking in Chicago and El Paso and several metered parking lots in Dallas that they knew could be generating more business but were struggling to generate traffic to the location online. PCA felt like people were not able to find their locations easily on the map or had little to no brand awareness for these lot locations.

Solution:

Anderson worked with PCA to set up a drive-to-location and space reservation strategy utilizing a variety of digital ad channels. For their Fast Spot airport parking lots in Chicago and El Paso, we incorporated online reputation management strategies to improve review acquisition. We also identified and set up a keyword plan powered by custom Google Ad scripts to programmatically control advertising spend, bidding, search impression share, and to use historical conversion data to optimize future results.

We additionally set up call tracking and recording to help improve their airport parking lot sales teams and used these recordings to attribute phone calls to marketing/advertising sources.

Our team also managed their online business listing locations and worked to improve their overall search visibility on Google, Bing, and Yahoo.

Utilizing waze advertising we incorporate a drive-to-location strategy for all parking lot locations.
